Bubble Exercise
The Bubble Exercise is a simple mindfulness activity designed to help calm the mind and reduce stress. By focusing on the movement of the bubble and interacting with it, your attention shifts away from overwhelming thoughts and toward the present moment.
Watching the bubble grow and shrink creates a soothing visual rhythm that encourages relaxation. Small interactions like popping the bubble provide satisfying feedback that can improve mood and help reset your focus.
Watch the bubble as it gently grows and shrinks. When you feel ready, tap or click the bubble to pop it. After it pops, a new bubble will appear so you can continue the exercise.
Try taking slow, deep breaths while interacting with the bubble. Inhale as it grows and exhale as it shrinks. This rhythm helps calm your nervous system and brings your attention back to the present moment.
